Coop Ltd is a grower owned organization with membership being extended to those people who are classified as primary producers who buy goods and services from the Cooperative or its subsidiary companies to the value of 10,00 in each suitable financial year. It must endeavor to trade competitively in the market store and yet make enough profits to maintain the business and to return a dividend to its shareholders. The Cooperative is primarily concerned with supplying all primary producers with their needs at competitive prices. In total about 30 different crops are grown in the area, making it one of the maximum different and productive parts of Australia. The Cooperative provides all crop inputs, crop care, crop protection, animal health and animal protection for growers and assists with research and field trials to produce better production levels and financial returns. In recent years the building and proficient trade market has become an urgent part of TNT’s operations. The Cooperative will anticipate the needs of shareholders and provide leadership in development of new markets, as well as services that aid them arrive best practice in existing markets. It will urge and contribute to the Tablelands community. The Cooperative also provides a Field Advisory Service consisting of employees trained in all aspects of crop production and market presentation. The Field Advisory Service also conducts a district survey prior to each crop to estimate the area’s requirements for fertilizer and chemicals to ensure that these are available for sale to the growers as and when they are required. The Group is actively involved in junior sporting clubs and assists schools in the areas. TNT Rural are huge supporters of local rodeos and camp drafts each year. Coop is opened to all Primary Producers, however, under the Cooperative Act (1997) there are definite requirements for energetic membership. All members in the Cooperative must be energetic members. Coop through its subsidiary TNT offers many benefits to its members. The opportunity to become a director on the board of N.Q. Coop and be at the forefront in making decisions to enable N.Q. The risk in the goods shall pass to the APPLICANT upon dispatch, exBranchWarehouse. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fade to be of warranted quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. All products for refund or exchange must be identified to the Sales Assistant as you enter one of our stores. Unfortunately, we cannot give refund or exchanges on the following products if you change your mind: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods shrivel to be of warranted quality, but the failure does not amount of a major failure. If you are an Account Customer and presenting goods for return or exchange, a copy of the clever invoice must be presented along with the goods to arrange an Account Credit.
